Common questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, tap Settings, then Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to the device.

I bought Pro but it isn't unlocked.

Tap Restore purchases in Settings. If it still doesn't appear, check Settings › your name › Media & Purchases on your iPhone to confirm the purchase went through, then email us with the app version and roughly when you bought it.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. We can't issue refunds directly.

I lost progress or my cash balance looks wrong.

Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app, using Delete account, or choosing Reset progress removes it. Purchases come back with Restore, but cash, jobs and collection do not. If you didn't do any of those, email us and we'll look into it.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings › Account › Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. This removes everything the app stored on your device and restarts the app. Your purchases remain with Apple. Game Center scores stay in Apple's Game Center; you can manage them in the iOS Settings app.

The app crashed or something looks wrong.

Use Settings › Help & feedback › Report a bug or crash. You can see exactly what would be sent before you send it. Or email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing.

Does the game work offline?

Yes. Everything works without an internet connection. You need a connection only to buy, restore purchases, or use Game Center leaderboards.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone, in landscape orientation. Use the latest iOS update available for your device for best results.

Do you collect my data?

No. There are no accounts, ads or analytics. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
